近日，中南大學周智廣聯(lián)合英國倫敦瑪麗女王大學Richard David Leslie共同在《Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy》期刊發(fā)表了一篇題為“Combination therapy with saxagliptin and vitamin D for the preservation of β-cell function in adult-onset type 1 diabetes: a multi-center, randomized, controlled trial”的研究論文。該研究進行了一項多中心、隨機、對照試驗，以評估單獨沙格列汀和沙格列汀聯(lián)合維生素 D 作為成人發(fā)病自身免疫性 1 型糖尿病的輔助療法對 β 細胞的保護作用。
